I’m McKennzie, the Founder and CEO of Layne Volleyball Club. Volleyball has been the most influential part of my life and has truly shaped me into the woman that I am today. I stand on the Core Values of integrity, discipline and dedication. My goal in opening my own club is to revolutionize the game. I take a different approach in coaching that provides my teams with a sense of structure and growth. I hope to touch the lives of young women and not only make them better athletes, but better, stronger women.

Hi my name is MaKenna Gonzales. My passion for volleyball has grown over the past decade. Being apart of the game has taught me how not only skills in volleyball but life skills as well. I was lucky enough to have had an amazing coach during my travel volleyball years which led me to wanna do the same for more players. Can’t wait for this season for the girls to have fun , make memories and improve in their game play!

Hello, my name is Angelique Garcia. I have experience with playing volleyball for 11 years. In those 11 years I built friendships, gained incredible teamwork skills, and fell in love with the sport. I hope to help young women enjoy the sport as well as get to experience the intensity! I want my players to have fun and to get to love the sport just as much as I do!

Hi my name is Ava Jackman! I have been playing and loving the game of volleyball for 12 years. My journey in volleyball has instilled in me a deep appreciation for teamwork, resilience, and personal growth, values I aim to pass on to my players. I strive to help my players not only improve their skills but also cultivate a lifelong passion for volleyball. My goal is to inspire young athletes to enjoy the journey, build lasting friendships, and develop a strong sense of self both on and off the court!

Hi my name is Jackie Krabach. With a decade of experience as a volleyball player, I bring a wealth of knowledge and passion to the court. Now as a mom I’ve learned the value of nurturing and developing young athletes, helping them reach their full potential both on and off the court. By creating a positive and supportive environment, I aim to instill values of teamwork, discipline, and perseverance in every athlete. I’m looking forward to the upcoming season, excited to see the girls have fun and enhance their skills!
Meet Caitlyn!
Hi! My name is Caitlyn Hart. I have been coaching volleyball since 2016, ranging from fifth grade to high school varsity teams. My favorite part of the game is how it deeply requires teamwork and intelligence. I love developing players, building relationships, and helping facilitate the bond you can only have with teammates. It is important to me for my athletes to feel confident in their skill. Looking forward to a competitive season as well as seeing growth on and off the court!

Coach Kelly is a passionate and driven first-year assistant volleyball coach who is eager to share her love for the game with her athletes. With a deep appreciation for the sport's ability to teach valuable life skills, Kelly is committed to helping players grow both on and off the court. Her enthusiasm for volleyball is matched only by her dedication to fostering teamwork, communication, and a strong sense of unity within the team.
Meet Cortny!
Hello, my name is Cortny Robinson. Volleyball is more than just a sport for me. It has created some of the best relationships in my life. Volleyball is family to me. I have been playing volleyball for ten years and have been coaching since 2020. I started my career coaching JO and I’ve been coaching for Firelands Local School for three years. I am looking to develop young student-athletes with volleyball, team building, leadership, sportsmanship, and safety skills. My goal is to motivate young women to implement strategy, discipline, collaboration, and a strong work ethic in their volleyball careers and daily lives.
